The Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers stretch out below you in both directions. You can stroll along sand beaches.  A class one trout stream babbles past the property.  Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport and Mall Of America are just 35 minutes away.  Cottage Grove, Hastings & Redwing (WI 35) are a mere 15 minutes away and is located less than 10 minutes from Prescott.  Troy Byrne Golf Course is nearby.  And both downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul are far enough away to leave the stress behind, while still being readily accessible.
